Phillip Tanner is one of the two men that created the successful video board game series Nightmare (known as Atmosfear in some countries, as there was confusion between a previously existing game called "Knightmare"). He is in Australia and created the company A Couple 'A Cowboys (the company that released every game in the Nightmare/Atmosfear series, including the booster tapes, computer games, and expansions), and worked alongside Brett Clements in the 1990's Nightmare/Atmsofear games. Brett, however, wasn't involved in the DVD games, whereas Phillip Tanner was.
